Would wind farm cut our electric costs here at home?

Should government policy be wrong (wind turbines are notoriously ineffective at generating substantial amounts of electricity), then West Cumbria will be blighted by a plethora of wind farms that will ruin the landscape, adversely affect tourism, harm our environment, and not do much to save the planet.
But then as government policy is so rarely wrong, maybe we have nothing to worry about, and we should just keep our concerns to ourselves as our County Commissioners suggest?
In the 10 States below, Energy Cost has increased as a direct result of our government meddling with private industry that supplies their utilities.
They tell you that since wind energy is free, by utilizing this free energy using wind turbines, it will lower our energy cost.
We checked all States and foreign countries with wind energy and our studies could not identify one country or State where energy cost went down, or even remained the same.
Electricity prices are soaring in states generating the most wind power, according U.S. Department of Energy Information
Administration data show that, although U.S. electricity average prices rose less than 3 percent from 2008-2013, the 10 states with the highest percentage of wind power generation experienced average electricity price increases of more than 20 percent. They are:
Iowa – 27% South Dakota – 26% Kansas – 20% Idaho 17% – Indiana – 15% Minnesota – 16% North Dakota – 16% Oklahoma – 15% Colorado – 14% Oregon – 12% Wyoming – 8%.
I haven’t meant anyone yet who wants their electric bill to go up by 20%.
If you currently take notice of the widening project that is getting under way you will see the amount of tree cutting and clearing of land that is talking place so that road construction can get under way.
This is what sections of Millstone Mountain in Crab Orchard will look like that we will be able to see as the road construction takes place. This tree removal will be permanent.
Also once the roads are constructed Cumberland County will be responsible for their maintenance which we the taxpayers will be footing the bill.
At present the permit is not moving because the wind farm company has not found a buyer for their electricity.
We also can report that despite thousands of request from Cumberland County residents, State and local Senators, Apex Clean Energy refuses to relocate their Industrial Wind farm to a remote insolated location where no people live and the environmental impact would be much limited compared to what is currently planned.
Since they have refused to cooperate Cumberland Mountain Preservation Coalition and local residents are entering Phase II of our plan to stop the Crab Orchard Wind Farm.
