Fall 2010: Lumus Construction was set to begin work on a town-owned 225-kilowatt turbine at the water treatment plant off Pond Street.
February 2011 Town officials expected turbine to be up and running.
Summer 2012: After delays, Lumus begins erecting turbine.
January 2013: With turbine still not operating, Hanover Town Manager Troy Clarkson says he’s severing contract with Lumus and will seek $700,000 in damages.
February 2013: Lumus owner Sumul Shah blames a parts manufacturer in India for the delays.
March 2013: Clarkson backs off plan to fire Lumus, but still seeks damages. Turbine still not operational.
