In her response to my commentary on the Lowell wind turbine site, Green Mountain Power’s spokesperson, Dorothy Schnure, implies that GMP has already allowed 5000 people to take a tour of Lowell Mountain, such as the tour I call for GMP to allow the news press and others to take.
In fact, during a GMP sponsored tour, people visit only a third of the ridge, and by car, and stop at two places on the ridge, and must stay close to where the cars are parked, not being allowed to check out the damage off to the sides.
