Commission willing to hear more on wind farm

You just can’t say enough about Cape Wind.

The Cape Cod Commission, which will host a subcommittee public hearing on the project Thursday at 5 p.m. at Mattacheese Middle School on Higgins Crowell Road in West Yarmouth, is offering another opportunity for people to be heard.

By 10 a.m. Friday, any group or individual desiring an opportunity to present expanded testimony to the subcommittee must submit a written request. One request per group or organization, please.

Those making requests should specify the topics and give their name, organization, telephone number, and e-mail address. They should be sent via U.S. mail to the attention of Phil Dascombe, Project Planner, P.O. Box 226, Barnstable MA 02630, or by e-mail to pdascombe@capecodcommission.org.

It’s expected that notification will be sent out by the commission on Friday for the expanded testimony session, which will be open to the public, on Monday at 10 a.m. in 1st District Court House in Barnstable Village.

Further details are available at www.capecodcommission.org.
