Green community got duped

Green Energy Community Got Duped – Here’s how:

This is my opinion.

The Massachusetts Green Energy community has been duped and they still don’t get it. When the general population of Massachusetts figures out what happened in the last eight years how can they justify any state renewable energy policies in the future.

Home owners in Falmouth, Fairhaven and 19 other Massachusetts communities are being made sick and losing sleep from the poor placement of commercial wind turbines.

Everyone has heard the term it’s not Green Energy it’s Greed Energy. Did you ever ask where this term came from?

The key to any type of investigative news story in Massachusetts is simple just follow the money. So let’s follow the money your local newspaper won’t do it.

First, Massachusetts elected Governor Patrick who is no stranger to people losing their homes. Prior to becoming governor our so called executive leader helped write poor sub prime loans he was one of the five-member board of Ameriquest’s holding company, ACC Capital Holdings. Millions of people lost their homes from the poorly written loans. Most people today still don’t really know who he really is. Your local political representatives are well aware of his background so isn’t the news media.

Governor Patrick and his cronies from the wind turbine industry has always planned to divide communities and areas of the state against each other with the goal of placing thousands of commercial wind turbines.

One of the first things Governor Patrick did was appoint the CEO of Boston based First Wind turbine company as his green energy advisor. Do you think anyone here was worried about making people sick with commercial megawatt turbines in your back yard? NO.

Next Governor Patrick appoints Attorney Kenneth Kimmell from the law firm of BCK, BCK Law stands for Bernstein, Cushner & Kimmell, P.C., Attorney Ken Kimmell becomes the Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.

BCK Law also represents both the Cape Light Compact and the Cape & Vineyard Electric Cooperative. The CVEC web site proclaimed its ambition to install 20 industrial wind turbines on the Cape & Vineyard.

This asks the question of the relationship of BCK Law with the renewable energy agencies Cape Light Compact (CLC) and the Cape & Vineyard Electric Cooperative (CVEC) have anything to do with the inaction and obfuscation of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection not taking action on regulatory wind turbine noise? Do you think the news media lacks any investigative journalism at this point?

It’s no secret the Massachusetts Democratic Party Platform has declared an actual war on fossil fuels and commercial wind turbines are the quickest way to achieve the “Agenda.” The agenda is 2000 megawatts of renewable energy by the year 2020.

Wind turbine victims are second class citizens being made sick and losing property rights. The party takes the view that a percentage of residents become collateral damage in the war on fossil fuels. We are all well aware of what happened to Agendas down through history when countries are misled.

Starting in 2010 Massachusetts residents starting filing certified written noise complaints against commercial wind turbines. Governor Patrick and Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Commissioner Ken Kimmell assemble a group of pro wind advocates to write a noise & health report on the wind turbine victims never interviewing or examining any of them and decide it’s all in their minds. Where is the investigative journalism?

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center in 2013 changes setbacks to small commercial wind turbines to 2000 feet admitting it had installed wind turbine Ad Hoc in Massachusetts. This same agency was aware smaller commercial wind turbines in 2005 made two distinct types of noise but dropped the reference just prior to installing larger commercial wind turbines in Falmouth. Why did they drop the reference to two types of noise? The “Agenda.”

Governor Patrick has a long string of renewable energy failures starting with the 100 million dollar loss at Evergreen Solar.

Today Massachusetts has a commercial wind turbine blade testing facility in Charlestown that has never tested a commercial wind turbine blade. The project costs taxpayers 40 million dollars.

The final good bye by Governor Patrick is the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal nearing a cost of 200 million dollars. The terminal is going to be used by ocean wind turbine contractors but the Cape Wind project already has been permitted to work out of Quonset Point, Rhode Island and Falmouth, Massachusetts. Why the rush to complete New Bedford?

The public needs to know that every week the State of Massachusetts and sometimes twice a week releases press releases about the war on fossil fuels. The newspapers obediently reprint the releases as if it is the real news.

Attorney General Martha Coakley recently stood up for the rights of casino operators who could lose permit fees but has never acknowledged the minority of wind turbine victims losing their health and property rights.

Finally it should be known that the former Speaker of the House Sal Dimasi is the architect of the Green Communities Act. Sal Dimasi is currently serving eight years in a federal prison for corruption. At the trial of Sal Dimasi our Governor Patrick admitted he used the fake name Sally Reynolds as his email address. Many of us feel Governor Patrick used the fake email address to avoid Freedom of Information requests about emails to wind turbine contractors.

Do you think the news media will ever do investigative news again?

Follow the money. It’s not Green Energy It’s Greed Energy ………
