A strange wind blowing in Galesville

The winds they are a-blowing. At least they are on the farm of Ron and Mary Winn in Galesville. they may eventually reap the benefits of those winds with several wind turbines. A proposal made by a La Crosse group called Ag-Wind: generate electricity with giant wind turbines on the Winn’s farm. Sounds good to Mary Winn…..But the project may get put on hold. The TRempeleau county board tonight is set to vote on a temporary moratorium for commercial wind farms.
