Will Kathleen Wynne stop the turbines?

As Ontario premier, Kathleen Wynne has the power to stop construction (as she did with the natural gas power plants in Oakville and Mississauga) of Samsung / Barnhart Industrial wind turbine #9 in Haldimand County.
If allowed to be erected, this Ontario / Samsung turbine #9 will become famous as the largest killing machine in the world!
The erection of turbine #9 in the Ontario designated provincially significant wetland (PSW) known as the environmentally sensitive Wardell’s Creek Watershed will displace, harm and kill thousands of birds and raptors living and breeding in this sensitive wetland.
They include the bald eagles, several species of hawks, great blue herons, bats, song birds, several species of migrating waterfowl, turkey vultures, an amphibian known as the Jefferson salamander, blue birds, Canada geese and tundra swans, to name a few.
Dr. Scott Petrie testified under oath that the Samsung / Barnhart turbine #9 should not be erected so close to Wardell’s Creek.
By the way, Samsung / Lee turbine #32 just meters away was halted for sensitive environmental reasons!
Premier Wynne has the power to stop construction of Samsung / Barnhart turbine #9 and stop the senseless killing of these wonderful birds and raptors on Wardell’s Creek.
What will she do with her power?
