Appeal against county board Odin Wind Farm decision dismissed

In a letter dated March 16, commissioners received word that the plaintiff in the court of appeals case: Deborah Anderson vs. Watonwan County Board of Commissioners has dismissed the pending appeal that asked the County Commissioners to repeal their approval of five conditional use permits for the construction of five wind turbines south of Odin.
