No room left for manoeuvre, says offshore wind centre consortium

The consortium behind a controversial offshore wind turbines scheme at Aberdeen Bay has said there is no longer any room for rethinking the project.
After 10 years of planning, and having secured funding of more than £230million, the 11-turbine European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre cannot budge.
Its comments were made in the face of high-profile objections from Donald Trump – because the development would be visible from his £750million golf resort near Balmedie.
