City considering hiring lobbyist to fight wind farms

The Kingsville City Commission met on Monday to discuss hiring a lobbyist for Kingsville issues, and discussion centered around a proposed wind farm in the Petronila area. Mayor Sam Fugate said the wind farm would create a problem for the Naval Air Stations in both Kingsville and Corpus Christi because it will disrupt the stations’ radar.
