ELLICOTTVILLE – The Cattaraugus County Industrial Development Agency approved two projects in Pthe town of Allegany Tuesday worth more than $200 million.

The controversial Allegany wind farm by EverPower Wind Holdings Inc. and the Bonaventure Square project both received IDA approval.

The IDA also agreed to set a public hearing on an application Casadent LLC for incentives for a new 2,400-square-foot dental facility on Buffalo Road in the town of Allegany proposed by Nick Porcello of Allegany.

The IDA also gave approval for a $2.2 million electrical line project at Holiday Valley and a $450,000 proposal by HoliMont Inc. for improvements to the private Ellicottville resort. Both incentives include sales-tax exemption on equipment purchases. The Holiday Valley application includes some property-tax exemption.

And in Olean, a Franklin Street project by DST Properties to expand a new manufacturing facility that will house Scott Rotary Seals was approved by the IDA. The building now under construction will expand from 11,000 square feet to 16,230 square feet at an additional cost of $240,000.
