Wind farms have issues

There is a problem with wind farms in Germany.
Wind turbines are planted on farm land in dense collections to take advantage of the best wind conditions and to use the same land twice – first to grow food, second to make electricity.
Because European population is highly concentrated around the best farm land, the vibration noise generated by the blades bothers many people. Therefore, new wind farms have been planted offshore. Now, aerial observations are showing the turbine towers are putting so much vibration into the water that whales and dolphins are frightened away by 20 kilometers or more.
The Germans hope that surrounding the towers with a curtain of bubbles will help contain the undersea noise.
We knew turbine blades generate vibration noise in the air. Now we know turbine towers generate vibrations in the sea. I expect that actual measurements would detect vibrations in soil on land from the wind turbine foundations. What terrestrial and subterranean life forms would be annoyed by the vibrations and leave the area? Who would know?
Additional data released from the wind farm at Altamont shows eagles and other birds of prey are being killed in alarming numbers. Another internet report documents the symptoms in humans who are exposed to low frequency turbine blade noise for extended periods as in living near a wind farm. The report recommended no person live within two kilometers of a wind turbine due to low frequency noise.
Finally, there is documentation that the flickering of light off rotating turbine blades can trigger migraine and epilepsy attacks. At what distance? Miles?
I really believe Lompoc is rushing into the coming wind farm without any independent scientific evaluation to warn us of all the consequences.
