Buffalo, N.Y., stockpile discovered

The photos below were taken on one of our recent boating excursions in the Buffalo area. We came around a bend in an old canal in the downtown area and there they were. We couldn’t believe our eyes. Don’t know who’s stocking up or where they’re going. Only know that the Eagle project is the only game in town (or within a 100 mile radius) and their turbines are going directly on site.

Also saw a tower section being delivered the other day near that Eagle project. It had 4 ‘flag’ vehicles, plus the giant truck the section was on. Ed figured out, at that rate, it took 40 vehicles to get each complete turbine to its site. Then those 40 vehicles had to return to their starting point …
